Timothy Crowley is a highly respected energy markets executive with more than 30 years of experience in the Australian National Electricity Market.

His expertise spans wholesale electricity trading, portfolio optimisation, retail energy operations, derivative structuring, and strategic investor advisory.

Throughout his career, Tim has played a significant role in the development, optimisation, and commercial management of major Australian generation assets including Tarong North Power Station, Braemar Gas generation units, and the Starfish Hill and Mt Millar Wind Farms. He has successfully originated and negotiated complex derivative contracts, power purchase agreements (PPAs), fuel supply arrangements, and over-the-counter (OTC) trading frameworks.

His leadership experience includes senior portfolio and trading roles with InterGen Australia, Tarong Energy, Energex, and Circuit Energy, where he has advised on risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, market registration, retail establishment, and generation asset optimisation.

 

Tim has also worked extensively with international investors, joint venture partners, and infrastructure stakeholders across Australia’s energy sector.

Scott Riethmuller is an accomplished energy markets professional with more than 20 years of experience specialising in deal origination, structured contracting, commodities trading, renewable energy markets, and portfolio optimisation within the Australian National Electricity Market.

Recognised nationally as the Reuters Energy Bank Limited National Electricity Market Trader of the Year in both 2013 and 2015, Scott has built a reputation for identifying innovative commercial opportunities and delivering sophisticated energy and commodity market solutions. His experience spans electricity, gas, environmental products, biofuels, biomass, carbon markets, and renewable storage projects.

Scott has held senior leadership and trading positions across consulting, proprietary trading, and integrated energy portfolio management, including roles with Stanwell Corporation and Vivienne Court Trading.

 

Scott has successfully originated and negotiated complex PPAs, hedging structures, environmental products, and offtake agreements while leading large-scale trading operations and developing new commercial pathways for renewable and sustainable energy projects.
